A review on Nashik Thermal Power Plant

Hello guys, in this article we are going to review Nashik Thermal Power Plant.  Nashik Thermal Power Plant is situated at Eklahre, a village near Nashik. The power plant has a total of 5 units of which 3 units having capacity of 210MW and 2 units having capacity of 140MW. The power plant runs on primary fuel coal and a secondary or backup fuel as oil. It is run by Maharashtra State Power Generation Company (MAHAGENCO). The power plant was first commissioned in 1970. The power plant is spread in a total of 474 hectares. It got ISO certification in the year 2002. The first two units having capacity 140MW are now stopped as they are under renovation, while the other three units are running 24×7. The plant needs oil fire to start the power plant unit, after which it can be run on coal fired continuosly. The whole system works on rankine cycle. Hello guys, here is a short article on how we can use hydrogen as a fuel in our modern vehicles and spacecraft. Hydrogen is found in the first group and first period of periodic table, this means that it is the first element in the periodic table making it the lightest element. Hydrogen when burned with oxygen gives zero emission. It can be used in internal combustion engine and fuel cells. Fuel cell engines are now being commercialised. Hydrogen is the primary fuel used in the jet propulsion system and spacecraft propulsion. Hydrogen is light, it rises in the atmosphere and is therefore rarely found in its pure form. Hello guys, in this article we will se what will happen if Sahara dessert was covered with solar panels. In a world exhausted of fossil fuels solar panels can provide a sustainable solutions for our energy problems, but they also come with a couple of issues for one solar farms are massive and they needs to be set-up somewhere that gets a lot of sunlight. This is only possible if we have a large unused  landmass that gets gaurenteed sunlight every day, could we cover an entire desert with solar panels, will that be enough to power entire world. The universe began as a singularity (an infinitely tiny point with infinite density) that started expanding at the moment of the Big Bang.
